We work for the buyer. Only the buyer.
An audit is only worth something if the auditor has nothing to gain from the result. These are our rules.
1. Paid only by our clients
We accept no fees, commissions, gifts, meals beyond a working lunch, or any other benefit from the suppliers we audit.
2. Reports belong to the client
Audit reports and findings are shared only with the client who ordered them. We do not sell or share supplier data with third parties.
3. No order brokering
We do not take a cut of the orders you place with any supplier, and we do not steer you toward suppliers we have a financial interest in.
4. Disclosure before we start
If we have any prior relationship with a supplier you ask us to audit, we tell you before accepting the job, and you decide whether we proceed.
5. Findings are not negotiable
Suppliers may respond to findings and submit corrective-action evidence, but they cannot change or remove findings from the report.
