Client and supplier information

Drawings, specifications and audit findings are treated as confidential, shared only with the people who need them to carry out your audit, and covered by an NDA where one is signed.

Retention

We keep project records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. These do not identify you personally.
