Scope
Each engagement is defined by the written quote you accept. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payment
Fees are payable in advance of the audit date unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are in USD and exclude bank or payment-platform fees.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 3 working days before the audit date. Later cancellations, or a supplier refusing entry on the day, may be charged for travel and time already incurred.
Nature of the audit
An audit is an assessment of the supplier's condition and practices at the time of the visit, based on the evidence available. It is not a guarantee of the supplier's future performance or of the conformity of any product.
Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
Confidentiality
We keep client information and reports confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
